Turning Product Owners
Into Product Leaders

Most software product teams don’t dry up; they drown - in too many ideas.

I help software teams at enterprises and SMEs to build products that customers love and also deliver real business results.

Hi, I’m Alex!

I’ve been working in tech for almost 15 years by now and helped dozens of teams build software that is being used by millions. I’ve covered more or less any software-related role there is (except visual design).

Though I’m mostly doing product management and some business development these days, I consider myself an engineer at heart.

By now, I prefer tech-heavy products (IoT, robots, data), and I love a good challenge (aka fix broken projects and high-stakes, fast-paced environments).

Why? Because tech is necessary.

I hold a degree in computer science, and have studied human-computer interaction, statistics, geo sciences, and some robotics and computer vision.

If you’re running a product team (be it in an enterprise or a startup), these are the things you’ll need in order to succeed:

  • A crystal-clear value proposition

  • Goals that actually matter

  • Continuous & focused execution

Without these, your project will run out of time and resources before reaching significant traction and product-market fit.

In order to help product leaders and startup founders get there, I’ve developed a light-weight product management framework that I implement with my clients in regular 1:1 coachings, and occasional workshops.
